RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Store Policy

  • All orders with incorrect addresses will be refunded. 

  • Customers will be charged a fee if the item is shipped and sent back due to incorrect address.

  • Made to order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect and the item is in stock.

  •  We cannot accept requests for changing the color or size. Replacement is only acceptable for the same color and size.

  • If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.

Return Policy

  • Exchanges must be processed within 14 days of shipment date.

  • Items must be unwashed and unworn in their original condition.

  • Please include a note with your full name and order number.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
